Chicago Super Sitters (CSS) engaged Kander after their previous attempt at implementing Salesforce failed to meet their business needs.
The Challenge
Chicago Super Sitters is a 5-star parent-trusted babysitting service. They rely on Salesforce to successfully pair highly vetted professional babysitters with families in need. Operational gaps detracted from their ability to reach revenue goals and siloes of valuable information were highly scattered. This forced CSS to rely on time-intensive manual processes. The system was not optimized to aggregate critical data to help the team make calculated revenue-generating decisions effectively.
Our Approach
Kander created a new, tailored solution to automate previously inefficient processes and created new systems the client didn't even know they needed. The Kander team took full advantage of Salesforce Flows' point-and-click approach to customize and design the system, supporting automating CSS's complex business process rules, thus improving the organization's overall efficiency.
The end result was a robust MVP that enabled CSS to work directly out of Salesforce for sitter and family placements.
The Results
Single Source Data. Siloed data has been transformed into a single source of truth that empowers the company to build valuable data resources and make better decisions that generate more revenue and achieve their desired results.
Cost Reductions. CSS was able to reduce costs while improving the customer and sitter experience as a result of a more streamlined and efficient system.
Scalability. The CSS team is now able to scale. They are exploring integrations and connecting all aspects of the business with Salesforce as Phase 2 of this project - a crucial piece as they expand their business in other cities.
